Here's a chart from Schnitz. YMMV.

It says i need a 34 jet for 40hp. With 1 fogger. So if im using two foggers just put two 17s in correct? I know its just overkill to put two foggers in, but i wanted to distribute the nitous more evenly. I drilled and tapped the inspection covers and put 1 nozzle in each 1. I used this method on my 14 when i 1st got it. Worked pretty well. Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

no, it doesnt work that way. you need two 24s
putting them in the inspection covers is not a good idea, you cant be sure all 4 cylinders are getting even amounts of nitrous. usually "ok" for smaller amounts, but i wouldnt do it. if you use 2 foggers, put 1 in each ram air tube pointing towards the air box. the best way would be to use 4 foggers and point one down each velocity stack. direct port. or use a spray bar.

Im just gonna stick with the 17s. Start reading plugs, then go up from there. I know the 2 nozzle set-up works. I used it on my personal 14 for 2yrs. I just couldnt remember the jetting i used. Thanks for the info. Where did ya get the info on 2 foggers 24 jets for 40hp?

do whatever you want, but two 17s are going to give you about 20hp, and spraying from the inspection plates will not guarantee equal distribution with only 2 foggers

the jet size is based on the diameter of the hole. increase in flow(hp) is not directly proportional to the increase in diameter of the hole in the jet.

example: what flows more water at equal pressure? a 2in ID garden hose, or two 1in ID garden hoses? the 2in hose does
