Motors hurt (testing last night) times inside. (Questions)

Got the bike to the track last night, 40% NOS to full in 3.5 sec.
first past hit the limiter on the 1-2 shift, damn thing comes quick. 8.79@ 167mph
I then bumped the NOS to 45%
second pass got a better 60' only to start spinning 2nd and third, short shifting like crazy
8.79@ 164mph
third pass stood it straight up, standing on rear drag pegs trying to push it down short shifting again 8.80@ 161 mph.
4th pass not so good, didnt feel good and she let loose, sounded like a diesel on the jay brakes at about the 1000' only went 9-Oh something@150
Motors hurt , would barely crank over ,I didnt hear any claticky clack noises just sounded like it lost all compression. I have a little oil towards the back of the motor
I get home and notice the overflow bottle is completely full and it cranked and fired up but I turned it off immediately.
Any ideas ?
If the head lifted or the head gasket blew can It spray oil out ?
What would you check befor pulling the motor ? would you start it again and listen to it ?
It has heavy studs. 1287 kit

Big mph! Sounds like head gasket or maybe even cracked cylinder to me. The oil on the engine sounds weird though. I do a compression check for sure. If I were to crank it, check for steady stream of bubbles into overflow. Sucks to hear about your new motor, Mario. Hopefully it's just a head gasket. What did you torque the head to? Just curious. If they're not tighter than stock, your not taking advantage of the studs. You're actually worse off.

Maybe pull the plugs and turn it over with a wrench, then a leakdown test. Sucks.

well it seems its a piston. I fired it up and its running very rough, not all cylinders , and shakes a bit, no noise though. I think its a piston by how it acted , basically losing power and almost ceizing and then cooling down and cranking up and firing.
We had it pretty rich, like 11 1/2 - 12 to 1
Next question can you melt a piston with too rich of condition because my bottle was on the low side on that pass and could have gone pretty rich.
I dont remember what he torqued the head to, I didnt do it.

well it doesnt look like it was the tune.
I started pulling it apart and checked the plugs, they look good.
Started looking around for where the oil came from and then I see some dents(cracks) on the case behind the header. Something let loose on the bottom end.
Are all cases the same ? and does anybody have a set.

Atleast 10 engines, all dead with number 3 rod.
Stock to stroked.
Are there any ZX12's with 2000 or 2001 cases still being raced,
WITHOUT crank problems?

Mine, but that old juice likes to hammer my pistons. It doesn't help pinching a fuel line as though. lol

I do believe Entropy likes the old Y2K junk as well.

I'm not aware of any substantive differences or changes in the cases. Don't assume that if the part number changes, that there is a difference. That can result from things that are totally irrelevant.
