ACE PERFORMANCE making power

Ace Performance has been busy building testing and tuning.
Well finally took some time to get real serious on the ZX12 and realy put the super tune
on Dales bike and start searching and trying alot more ideas out !
None of my Busa's to keep me busy for this meet so 100% total dedication for the ZX12 that I started to believe had some real potential as of just 1.5 years ago well we have learned tons with this bike thanks to Phantom's and Dales project bikes 2 bikes with basically the same setup but with different port work and few or more different mods,
these are little1287cc engines that are extremly fast, we are bringing Dales bike to Maxton this weekend along with 4 other Ace Performance built bikes
kawasaki 636cc bike that ran 181.7 MPH Maxton
Suzuki GSXR 750 ran 183 + maxton old setup now looking for 189-191 MPH (749cc)
ZX14 200 mph 9/10th's stg1
Busa 1363cc runs 206+ down here in the heat in 9/10th's

We were trying to get our test done with the Muzzy short stacks VS Bear stacks
and did not get finished these test are the real deal !!!
We will start the test over again due to unwelcomed guest.
Back to back 3 runs with muzzy and 3 runs with bears all done within 30 minutes
we will have times of runs and MPH differences with data on were they made the power
These test are REAL WORLD TESTING WITH REAL RAM AIR OVER 200 MPH !!!
Coming soon.

Looking forward to these results, Sal!

My chances of winning that valve stem cap back from Dale anytime soon are looking pretty slim!

I believe someone already tested one a while back and found slight airbox pressure gains in the 1/4 mile but lost up top vs the stock snorkel.

It may have something to do with the larger area of the Hans snorkel feeding into the smaller ram air tubes which act as a choke point and slows down the incoming air charge at the start of the system. The trick to keeping airbox pressure up is to keep the incoming air velocity up.... and this is one area where bigger isn't always better.
