Man, that was a close one. I was hoping the teflon tape I gave him would push him over 200. So much for cheap mods...
But seriously, you know with just a minor tweak or two, he's right there....

Thanks everyone. What I will be working on is myself. I'm going to bed at normal hours every night and trying to get 3 meals in me a day. I was 1/2 asleep last night when I got a call from a lady friend...I intentionally skipped the call and kept sleeping so I guess I'm on the right path, lol. Just need to get my priorities straight and be able to really focus at the track.

Ali, exceptions can be made for late night work outs with said lady friends. you loose a little weight each time right?
