Doug Meyer: Fastest NA Kawasaki = 208.793mph standing mile
Yep, I did a lil search, and until someone steps up with a ticket, Doug Meyer now has the record for fastest NA Kawasaki for the standing Mile. 208.793mph
Mike Grainger (Flipper) has gone faster in UK 1.5 Mile,
Judgement Day 9 Class 3 Flipper ZX12r 216.00
(go to 200mph.net, great site)
UK guys don't generally run the Mile.
So I guess we can say that Doug has the world record for NA Kawasaki in the standing mile.
I am proud to have been his wrench!!!

Woopi thanks so much for the help. You are to kind. Karl and Doug I believe the whole thing was a team effort and I think that yall hold that record and it is your bike and a definate meeting of the minds and a drill in determination on both your parts. I was lucky enough to get to see first hand how the two of you can work without words to communicate but just a confidence in the others ability. And then the skill you both posses in being able to use spare parts that were chiped warped pinged and dinged to reserect FRANKENMOTOR and make it back with a few minutes of sleep between you only to take this product of your union and terrorize the countryside with FRANKENMOTOR................... HEHEHE congrats the two of you make good motors together. I told you the world would be in big trouble if yall ever move to the same state, I feel so lucky to be part of the family. Kind of an offsping mysel. hehehehe I love you both and congradulations on kicking some world ass. So how fast do you think my bike is gunna go ? maybe I could be the fastest n/a on pump gas...........dont even tell me you were running pump gas! Great job and here are some pics i took that woopie helped me get up thanks woop see you soon ok !

when you guys came in Oct, i was thinking that "welcome to Texas", you got better weather (on Sat) than we had seen ever.
BUT, seems like you shoulda come back in March, eh?

I would have loved to run with you guys. It looks like we missed the speed orgy of the decade!
You guys must have been running around like looters during a riot, haha! (I know I would have been!!!!!)
Looks like the Texas 200mph club just doubled its membership, I bet they ran out of shirts. =)

Wow guys! Nice work!
I bet it was truly an expirience working with DM in the 'ol garage putting something "Special" together!!!!!
Maybe sometime you will share with me some good 'ol "Tricks of the Trade"

LOL Actually they did run out of shirts! Poor Todd got stuck with a 2XL! Luckily they had plenty of size small & girly ones for me!
