It is extra-likely that if ICE MAN Sal or Phantom Mike had come they would have run even faster.

and if you got the fastest kawasaki in texas you can meet me at lonestar motorparks race track at sealy ... best mph wins .. i know your not a dragracer so i won't ask you to dragrace but just run mph ... april the 4th gates opens at noon
PS and i'm not the fastest kawasaki in texas

cool, then you were there, did you run, or spectate? Why didn't you come by and say hi to the TFA folks?
BTW: I haven't done any drag racing in a few years, and even then only managed to get my 240# (suited) fat ass & aging ZX12 heap to 8.790@159.1, so I never claimed hero status.

8.79 is moving out Karl, and that 159 ain't too shabby either.

cool your lighter with a faster bike so you should win ...maybe i shouldn't even show-up but i'll still be there .. i didn't stop to say hi cause simply ..i find the racers to be too busy or snobs in the pits and not very freindly ..
i know an old kz that runs 7.90's at 190+mph he's got my vote

I think 1Bad was sort of calling Entropy out...but then he saw that Karl's ZX-12 1427 is quicker and faster than his ZX-14 Turbo.

Man, what a jerk! You don't have a clue about Karl, TFA, or The Texas Mile. Like they say in my son's 1st grade class for lunch, "you get what you get so don't throw a fit". Karl ran in real world conditions, he did not claim to be the quickest, but he sure is the fastest N/A ZX-12 at the Texas Mile. I would also have to say that 98% of the people at the Texas Mile are some of the most friendly folk around.
I don't understand what Drag racing or an old KZ have to do with the Texas Mile or the fastest ZX12 there.

look 1bad you are just being a little disrespectful here and you kinda reek of being a bit Flight Leaderish. Do you think that those of us that were their dont know that there was a 40 mph tailwind, and if you were there you would also know that much of the time it was a 40 crosswind. So you need to back the truck up and get some respect for what has been accomplished. where the hell are your timeslips you jealous little baby. You better hope that your bike is fast because if you make me mad you gunna need it to get away from me. Like I said get a little respect and you can get a lot further in life. We may stroke each other a little but we have found it much more rewarding in our lives than picking at petty shit and being negative about things. We like for everybody to go as fast as us. Maybe you should try a litrtle juice or a little patron to take the edge off huh!

no ..it wasn't put as the fastest zx12 ..IT WAS stated as THE FASTEST KAWASAKI IN TEXAS.. kinda like when somebody stated over he theres a diffeance between fast and quick ...

You pointed nothing out fool and where is your all motor kawa and your time slip. And how dare you order someone to the track on a certain date. I am sure that Karl does not feel the need to go race your pathetic ass anywhere. How young are you little boy? you might could push your bike faster but then again who cares. And my n/a zx11 could probably take you. How bout that sissy boy.

It's called friendship, not stroking.
There's no money, trophies or even trophy girls to kiss at these one mile events. Most of us are just old, washed up ex-dragracing geezers who still want to have a good time. We enjoy ourselves just as much when our buddies run good, even when we don't.
Until someone runs 209mph, Karl has the fastest n/a ZX12R in Texas and probably the country. Period.
I for one am very proud of him and also proud to call him my friend. After all, he could be like alot of other 60+ year old guys, just sitting home watching reruns of Bonanza.
