This part came in the JE piston kit, whats it for.

Talked to APE they dont know how it got in the box but it doesent belong there.
OK what is this , it looks like part of the engine mount but it isnt, those are accounted for, it might not even be to my bike but was in there mixed with the other stuff, it might be something I was using when I mocked up my mounts to put the motor on an engine stand, or does it belong to my bike ? cant figur out where it goes. Seems like its made of Titanium

It looks like a threaded plug for an 02 bung.

doug I have those two spacers already accounted for, their a bit longer than this one.

dude, i'm never letting you near my bike!
for future reference put everything in little plastic sandwich bags that have been labeled. my bike is in a million piecess, but if i dropped dead right now, someone could easily have it back together in no time.
as for the piece, i have no idea. i didn't see anything like that during the teardown.

That is a plug for an 02 sensor bung (like for a data logger)...
A lot of exhausts come with them these days...18 x1.5 thread.
