BEST BANG FOR THE BUCK???
hey everybody i have a 2004 zx12r that is currently being worked on 1287cc big bore kit with a serious port and polish head....stuffed with bigger camshafts what would u suggest what kinda exhaust should i go with....im open for anything except a sidewinder i already ordered bmc race air filters so only thing left is an exhaust *i currently have a scorpion slip on right now** and a decent fuel management probably go with a power commander and quick shifter

The Akrapovic has proven to be an outstanding exhaust for the 12, as well. Crotchrocket has run 9.20's with his...even without a PC3.
Phantom is also running an Akrapovic header and midpipe on his 1287. Over 205 mph on motor.
Bang for buck, a used Muzzy. It makes as much track-proven power as anything out there, but it's low rpm "manners" are not great. You can probably pick up a used Muzzy for under $300. I put 15k miles on my Muzzy. My 02 12R ran some 9.7 1/4's and 193 mph at Maxton (with lighter riders than me).

best bang for the buck, my used Muzzy  i ran 148mph in the 1/4 with it on a stock motor with K&Ns and a pc3r on pump gas.
