Cheese is great but a long long way from AL/GA.
Coby, Lee, Spencer Cycles, a buncha talent nearby.
Hell, take a vacation to S Fla and have Sal (ICEMAN) do em. That's what I'd do if I were you.

Yeah, Cheese may be a little Far and I think he is taking the next couple months
off from doing bike work.
I just heard about Cooper the other day, there is a guy selling one of his heads on
another board.
Coby would be kind of cool to go to, but like Karl said maybe a vacation trip to visit Sal.

I don't have any info on Don at MPHCYCLES, but i'm sure others do.
For 2 motor builds, i'd go with a proven shop. The big name guys like Coby & Lee know how to get it done right but may have a long waiting list.
Sal will give you personal attention and i betcha a $100 you will get exactly what he says.
I trust Sal and he builds the fastest NA 12 out there.
(watch out Sal, i'm coming for you )

both motors are stock. i dont want anymore power for the gp track. that is what i use it for. i dont know what the issue is with the bike. kinda hard to explain it. i shifetd into a false neutral at turn 5, found the gear, and finished the session which was another lap. this was sun at BARBER. after i parked the bike for about 25 min. or so i attempted to start the bike, but it tried to turn over but made a lot of noise.

Personally, Don Wilkins aka Kawabunga aka MPH Cycle will NEVER touch something of mine, and I will steer anyone I can away from doing buisness with him. do a little searching on the board any you will see why. I wont clutter up this thread with it.
any of the builders listed above (besides Don) would be a good choice, with Sal and JC being my top picks

Sal does the whole package(including setting records on his bikes) JC has built some record setting bikes. you need to have great customer service, build near bullet proof stuff and have it perform like you said it would or better(which has to be as good or better then everyone else).
the general answer is everything , but if you gotta start somewhere get good at one thing while being ok at everything, then work on your weak points till you are good at everything, then great. imo, pick your favourite thing to be great at first then branch out

quote: hendrix, what color is your bike painted?
it's actually spraypaint, belive it or not.
did it myself.
it's Duplicolor DSM340 Royal Blue. i can only find it at autozone and advanced auto in 5.5 oz cans, tho.. normally spraybomb is in 10oz cans, normally.
looks better in person.. lots of pearl and metalflake. looks killer in sunlight.
cost $50 tho for a nice paint job, i think..lol
and thanks, scott..
thats what i'm thinking!! just gonna take some time i know.. build up slow and solid.
