08 Busa, 9.07@149.6
Made some more passes on my friends '08 wed. night.
66" long, pipe, pclll, air shifter u42.
1.43 60'
5.82 1/8 @ 121.9
9.07 1/4@ 149.6
I was impressed
best my 12 ever went was a 9.21@148, 64" long.
The new Busa is miles ahead of the old busa.
My 12 is still down, still waiting on a few things before I can put the engine back together.

yes the new Busa is miles ahead of the old ones. I went 9.33 on mine at less then 60 inch wheelbase and I'm 215 in gym shorts and my buddy has been 9.26 at 59 inch wheelbase and he is 185

Hmm, that is discouraging to me........
I just went 5.80 on a stock 12 motor, I was hoping it could get me in the 8s. That was with a 1.42 60'

Nox do you realize most of your et comes from your clutch? I went 5.86 on my 14 with a stock clutch at 62 inch wheelbase with a 1.45 60 ft with the suspension set up how it came out of the crate on 87 pump gas.and from the looks of your picture your alot longer then that.. a new Busa or 14 set up how your 12 is and you could not match the et. I mean I'm not taking anything away from your times but you need to compare apples to apples. My buddy on his 08 busa just went a 5.98 at stock wheelbase on pump gas, stock clutch, to me that's more impressive then your 5.80 with your set up.

Last time I was on the quarter, I was doing 9.2s with a 1.48 That was with high 5.9s in the 1/8. With a crappy shock, so I figured I would be knocking on the 9.0 door or 8.99 door at least..........
We will see, if I can ever get to a quarter track. Might have to wait till next year. Home track was SHIT this weekend. I even spun an MCR!!!!

ou should get an 8.99 or be so close it will hurt LOL on my 5.86 i went 9.14.
