Best EGT Probe Location?

What is the best location in the header for an egt probe? Any particular type of probe that is better suited, size-wise, for a bike? Thanks.

Shane

I am lazy and didnt want to clean the rust off the pipes to weld on a bung so I used the clamp on type. 1-3/4" band clamp works nicely with the Muzzy pro pipe.

I use a grounded, type K with a small tip diameter for fast response.

Thanks for the input. The setup I was looking at comes with type K and I wasn't sure if that was the right type or not.
