I was banned from the club.......
back down to 160 in shorts......, and trying for 155 by the 6th of Sept.
It will be hard....., football season is starting........, staying away from the wings is key.......

Well, glad someones' diet is working...Karl, put me down for an XL!
BTW, the new Hooters on BW8 next to the Harley dealer is looking for customers, how's your schedule this weekend?

Thanks Fellas, I hear all these people loosing traction and chucking their tire that I felt I needed to make a special trip to South Houston for some TFA Ballast material. At a svelte 245lbs I think an extra 5-10lbs before the Mile might just be the ticket! I have not been to Hooters in about 12 years. Do they still have the 3-Mile Island sauce for them wings?
