This is the biggest complaint from the ZX14 owners using nitrous and 6th gear...
So whats Kawasaki going to do about it ???

will it go into gear at say 6 or 7 grand when you push the button. if it dose try more kill time for high rpm shifts.it might be all it needs.but if that is the only gear it won`t go into at redline r&d will fix that.

Do you have enough piston length to throw it completely into 6th?
Bottle pressure is good? Got gauges?
Does it shift into 6th under normal operation?
Race only bike? How many miles? Has it ever been in 6th gear?

My opinion.
First try the extra kill, your pressure is fine.
Adjust the piston so it will have a little more throw up top. With the airshifter the piston/rod will be all the way to the end of the throw for shifting into 6th.
I would also try to get some 5th to 6th gear repetitions under normal conditions.
IMO 540 miles is pretty low for the tranny to be broken in, especially the gears you use the least.

On a big ram........
Seriously, I would run at least 150 psi., you are probably at 100 psi or less at the last shift

Try 150psi first then add kill as needed.
Since you are spraying, I'd do both then back in down if needed.
Missed shifts and spray will waste oil on the track. know what i mean?

Probabaly driving through the clutch, Do you have any shims or heavy springs?
I've had a couple bikes do this in only high gear. Even with a 1,500 R&D tranny.
