M/T MCR2
Well I just mounted my first mcr2 on my bike. I have run 2 of the regular M/T mcr and liked them. They were out of that style so I figured I'd try this.
Man I mounted the tire and it kind of looks whopsided, And I haven't even drinken any beer.I didn't mountit to the bike yet, I was gonna check the run out.
Has anyone seen this before,I know it's a a very thin tire.

I had one replaced because it was out of round; riding on it caused the bike to hop and it was balanced twice. They eventually just gave me a new one. It's a great track-only tire but it's way to sticky for street use; picks up too many rocks and wears quickly. Try the Shinko Stealth from Schnitz Racing next time, I've found it to be stick enough for the track but streetable and wears great. It's cheaper too and looks like a street tire.

Why don't you try a pirelli supercorsa race take off? They suppose to be a very good street/strip tire. I am trying one out next weekend to see how it is for myself. Plus it is only like $60 from a racer.
