the major flaw (personal opinion) with pinks is the lack of timing lights. how the hell can you tell a .501 light from a .499 ???

MIR is a great track and the people that run it are cool.
But I can't stand rich dicklickinson ,he is a grade A asshole in my opinion. His daddy should have jacked him off on the wall and let the flies eat him.

This looks like a good time, but it is really confusing (for me) because I have never raced brackets at MIR, just test and tunes....
I will be there on Friday....not sure if we should stay for the weekend or not? Not sure what I should sign up for, etc...

ARMDROP LIVE ENTRIES
Armdrop LIVE! is the new live race event created by Rich Christensen. You might be familiar with his track record. He just created a couple little shows like PINKS, PINKS ALL OUT, PASTIME and DRAG RACE HIGH…
MORE CHANCES TO WIN!
Thursday, December 4 - ArmDrop Live: Parking, Early Tech & Test
This an optional day. If you have an entry in the ArmDrop event, there is no extra cost to come and do early tech and/or to park. Because of the large number of competitors we have added a special test session for those entered in the ArmDrop Live event. . If you wish to participate in it there is a $20 fee. All crew that have any type of crew ticket (FRI Only, SAT Only or a 2 Day) for the event are FREE. If you have paid for camping that fee covers camping Thursday night as well there is NO additional charge.
Friday, December 5 Armdrop Qualifier: Want to practice a little before the big event? Of course you do! 350 pre determined ET registered competitors will have a chance to test & tune before they attempt to qualify. Rich Christensen himself and the ArmDrop staff will be there on Friday , (time to be determined by each host track…) to observe the racers and create the qualified 256.These bracket racers will prove their skills in a one round elimination bracket race to advance on to the big show , Saturdays elite 128 ArmDrop Floating Dial drags competition! That happens Friday night and that leads up to…
All Day Saturday…The Main Event
Saturday, December 6 ArmDrop LIVE! - Floating Dial Drags - Bracket Racing
This is a new twist on bracket racing with a heads up format utilizing the drop of Rich’s arms and a floating dial in system to determine the best bracket racer of the day. We will accept all entries to qualify (Door cars, Bikes, Dragsters. Etc) and all will run together, as host track rules permit. We start with a ladder of 128 vehicles grouped into permanently assigned lanes throughout the competition. There will be 16 vehicles per lane in order of their qualifying times, this will insure close racing during the event.256 will become128, 128 will become 64, 64 becomes 32, 32 to 16, 16 to 8 and then 8 will become 4 etc.
Didn’t make the 256 cut no worries, we add a little spice to Saturdays race day. A little something we like to call Heads Up Challenges. Stick around you just might get picked!!
Heads Up Challenges
ArmDrop Racing wants to make the ArmDrop LIVE event an action packed day of racing. We have added up to 4 “mini” heads up races. Rich, Brian and the ArmDrop staff to determine which of the hardest running cars will be picked for 4 different Heads Up, Hot Lap competitions. Samples below:
ArmDrop -Stick It Challenge -Two Manuel transmission vehicles heads up race for cash and/or prizes
ArmDrop -Import vs. Domestic heads up for cash & prizes
ArmDrop –Big Three challenge - the classic battle of the ages: Ford, GM & Mopar in a heads up race for cash and/or prizes
ArmDrop –Classic Muscle Challenge - Old school cars battling heads up for cash & prizes
ArmDrop- Mix & Match – Two unique vehicles with evenly matched ET’s go heads up for cash & prizes
Then the Armdrop Floating Dial Drags bracket class will finish the show with a best 2 out of 3 hot lap using a closest to posted floating dial- for UP TO 10,000 dollars in cash and prizes!

Unless you bring a ton of motor, its gonna be hard to win.........
Think about the rules closely.............
They are messed up.................
8.50 bike runs a 9.50 bike..........., dial in for both bikes will be somewhere from 9.50 to 10.50..........., and there is a breakout rule if I read it right......
So, the 8.50 bike has to slow down almost 2 seconds, and still win, without breaking out..........
