zx10r question?

im planning on putting the battery off of my 04 zx10r on my new swingarm. do you guys see
any disadvantages in doing this. i think itll help out cuz the ten is so crammed for space. i was just hoping i wasnt overlooking something.

if you go the other way and put it forward it would help the launch(battery isnt considered ballast)... up in the headlight area

ya but a baterry on the swingarm, if its stretched offers a lower center of gravity and puts weight on the rear tire which will help on stretched bikes.

put the battery into the front !!!

if you put a NOS system on your bike ?? you need the place at the swingarm for the NOS bottle ???

thanks guys,
the ten battery is so small it fit right in front of the bottle bracket. i made a lil tray for it and made some tabs to hold the tray.
i couldnt see it fitting anywhere up front but thats a hell of a good idea. maby ill try to find a way to do that in the future.
