positive neutral finder on zx12r
i am reassembling my transmission.....with out the clutch installed in the cases and the transmission free wheeling in the the cases on the bench, should the positive neutral finder work.

mark from r&d called me and ask if i wanted it disabled and i said no because it is my street bike and he said ok.he is closed every fri.,sat, and sun.i was hoping to get a answer before monday.i have not done this type of repair before so i'm at a stand still.

if the output shaft is spinning it will shift to second.
to get rid of it you just take out the 3 ball bearings
