missing tooth...
I have a Sprocket Specialists 44t on an OEM wheel and also a SS 44t on my Marvic.
last weekend at the dyno we did a back to back test OEM wheel vs Marvic.
Predictably here was no difference in hp (FactPro dyno), but i was very surprised that a substantial chain adj had to be made when we put on the 2nd wheel.
huh??? 44t tooth should = 44tooth, eh?
when i carefully, repeatedly counted the teeth, i found that one of the sprockets, clearly stamped as a 44, was really a 43. Surprised the shit outa me.

I have not had a SS on my bike for a long time, just because of the turnaround time for a half way normal size.....
Vortex can be here in a week, SS wants you to wait a month........
I like the look of the SS better........, but that dont win events.........
43 marked as a 44, thats bad quality control right there........
Guy that counted it and marked it must have been from TX.
LOL.
