quote:

im getting a red x, but i used the link and got this:
TTS PERFORMANCE.
KAWASAKI ZX1200 SUPERCHARGER
CONVERSION.
£3300+VAT (17.5% IN EU)
THIS CONVERSION GIVES YOU A STORMING 250 BHP AT THE WHEELS AND
GIVES EVEN BETTER DRIVABILITY THEN THE STANDARD BIKE. THIS
CONVERSION INCLUDES A MODIFIED RACE EXHAUST SYSTEM DESIGNED TO
CLEAR THE SUPERCHARGER.
Our Rotrex supercharger conversion offers outstanding performance with no compromise in drivability. You can
poodle around in high gear at the lowest revs and still pull away cleanly right through to the redline. The engine
has instant throttle response and absolutely no lag in any gear from any revs, it has to be ridden to be believed.
With the power output up from 165 bhp to 250 bhp at the wheel and 130 lb.ft of torque this bike is can out
accelerate almost anything on the road.
It is recommended that TTS fit this conversion at the factory as it is a specialist installation
The total cost of supplying, fitting and dyno set up is £4600+vat. This includes top
end engine strip and rebuild with lower compression.
THIS CONVERSION SHOULD BE TREATED WITH RESPECT. ALTHOUGH IT TRANSMITS THE MOST CIVILISED POWER
AVAILABLE YOU SHOULD TAKE TIME TO ACUSTOM YOURSELF TO ITS PERFORMANCE.
I wonder what they would want for just the blower parts. im thinking i could do the rest.... (winter project next year for dads bike maybe)
any more details on the kit VH?
oh, MM it was -25f here last night lol
(srry for the hijack Gary)

Dr. Gary. what I wrote and did not post is NA if Fine for XS SM Riders. BUT When you are 3XL Rider you must consider what your Goals are! Is it to go as fast as THAT Bike can or to go as fast as YOU Can? This is why I have spent so much time making a Different Motorcycle because If I use what every one else is using, then I am limited to what everyone else can do! They do not have the classes by weight or Size but by Engine Size. Understanding that, I want to set a record and not just say I went fast, but faster than ANYONE! They have larger Superchargers for making 500 to 600 HP and the difference is, the Turbo spools up and is hard to ride. the Supercharger is Linear and more controlable!

You are very correct Mr. Hill, very well thought out, and have a large amount of experience.
These have been the things my bro and I have been discussing along with the bikes actual intended use. For now it will just be for fun at the Texas Mile and a few visits to the
drag strip. The Texas Mile really does not have any real record status, just a 200 mph
club. I would like to visit Maxton at least once, as well as the salt and dirt boys. I however do not expect to break any records at those venues , but come out to meet people and have fun.
We have been thinking about starting the bike out at 250-270HP, then progressing to
300-320HP, and then maybe in a year or two see about 400-450HP.
Shiphteey, I would be happy to just hit 200mph. I do not think it will be much of a problem as I was foot shifting the old girl and went in the low 190's with the clutch slipping last time.
As I am a chicken though I take out timming, richen it up, and run C-16 for my peace of mind (around 205-207HP). I have the clutch fixed up nice now and will have the shifter and nos working as well......... I hope. I'll probably have around the same 205-207 HP maybe a touch more if I get a chance to have JC map each cylinder. I'll also run Nos, but will be very conservative timming out, long progressive, and only run it in 6th. I should be good for 270-280 HP. Maybe if I am lucky I'll hit 205mph.
I have however really been enjoying the 12 lately. I put 200 miles on it after hanging out at JC's on Sat. Great weather upper 60's to low 70's i think.

I thought Ryan already had one mean N/A Ride.
Heads up too, Texas Mile is getting close to the 150 limit. I'll be sending my
form in on Friday. I can't believe it, but JC put his in the other day. Don't know
if he is running the N/A 1397 as is or if he'll have time to slap the turbo on.
