buying from Muzzys
are they good at returning emails, or do i have to call. been a week since i emailed them. its looking like im going to have to call.... which is the best guy to talk to besides Rob since Doug Meyer doesnt work there now?
(need to ask about buying a couple digi-kill 3s not the complete shifter kits)

Call Muzzys and talk to Dave Turner, extension 106. He's the best and will help. I've dealt with him for many years.
Tell him the Wolfman from Australia said to call.

I just sent Muzzys an email a few days ago, and before i called, i had an idea about the ecu( a hack) i wanted to have answered by RR, so i sent him a pm, and now im waiting for a reply from him before i bother wasting someones time on the phone at Muzzys

Ditto that.
If you can find what you need elsewhere, forget buying from them at all, thier customer service is horrible. Took me a year to get a refund on faulty parts.

LOL, That's what I expected when I said let us know how it goes.
Like pulling teeth to buy parts from them. Only sold me a replacement puller
for the muzzy lock after 1000000 questions .Does it matter I didn't but it new from them
since I wanted to BUY a new puller?
BTW , Dave can be fun too.
Once Doug left, I started to wonder how long they will be around now that Brock and APE are selling Kawasaki performance parts with good customer service.

Rob finally admitted to me they made a batch of faulty rods. Kurt, or Dave NEVER admitted it..........
Rob only admitted it after contacting me on a web site after a ton of guys bashed them. Rob refunded my money. I broke the rod he sent me.........
I now run an MTC multi. No issues.
Only rod we had hold up in the muzzy lock up, WE made, made by a man who built parts for simpson racing for years. One look at the muzzy pieces, and he said, " they machined this wrong, no wonder it broke........."
