drilling subframe ?
i know it would only save a tiny bit of weight, but i saw it done on wolf racing's bike, and every bit counts. my question is can i still ride with a girl on the back on the street? will a drilled subframe be ok for that, or is it only something you would do on an all out race bike where the subframe only has to support the tail section?
this is a pattern i started to draw on....

I would NOT ride anyone if it was drilled. Way weakened.

thx guys, i didnt really want to spend that much time at it anyway lol. its gotta be strong enough for 2 up. whats the point in going really fast if you cant scare the shit outta a hottie by taking her for a drive?:P

i could get these rims, used, from an german company ! they used them at the race track!
wheels are: forged magnesium --- producer is PVM --- only for race track
the rear wheel is much lighter 14,3 lbs ( 6,5 kg)-- than the stock !!!
the front wheel is only 2,2 lbs ( 1kg) lighter
the price for an set new rims --- ?? $3800,- ---- $4000,-cad ????
