Woo-hoo!!! results on build # 11 for 2007

My heap successfully took the 1st heat cycle pretty early this morning.
i am moderately sure my neighbors love that sound as much as I do.

anyone wanna guess how 105/105 CL's will compare on the dyno with the 108/110 of build #10???

BIG prize to the winner!

nope, #10 was the breakthrough build

Thanks go to build/perf advice from Tim Chin & Y2K and DarkFalcon's stealth cam/port configuration.

234STD on Johnny Cheese dyno, with JC tune.

The teardown was basically a health check, although a coupla minor issues got handled.

#11 is for cam tests.
We're gonna wring the fukker's neck on Andy's FP dyno tomorrow and see if there are a few more hp hiding

I will have to say that you build motors at a furious pace! How do you have time to wring your hands if they constantly have tools in them???

So how does this motor sound?

I said I would hate living in Houston every time I went to see my sister.....
But I didnt know this Karl guy was in Mo city building ground-bound missles
Now my sister lives in Addison.....damn the luck!
I would like to see Karls compilation of data.
You could call it .........." ZX-Files"..........
Or...... Do one more build......(Plenty of time for Karl to squeeze one in this Year)
Call it "The Dirty Dozen..........Starring.....Karl......Johnny......Tim.......Jim....RR...AKA ....Merlin
Is the writer strike still on out in Hollywierd????

Nice!! Let me know if you head over to JC's on Sat or Sun. I think he is just starting
to get over his walking pneumonia.

How did CR go for the new motor? Got my fingers crossed for 240+ HP.

Andy's going to SH*T his pants when he breaks that sucker in!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My idiots guess, 105/105 - nice shift to the left with good TQ, 108/112 - HP shift to the right
good dyno queen numbers for that soon to be 13,000 RPM goal.

JohnnyCheese WINS!!! the general description

KZ WINS!!! for predicting 204-205

we actually saw 210-211hp, but when corrected to FactoryPro SAE the numbers came down 2.5%

CR was 15.7, now 16.2; Muzzy ProPipe in both cases

more hp & tq everywhere, tq curve flattened out

______Dec 7______Dec 29 Metric MC, FactoryPro Dyno, (add 15-20% to get equiv Dynojet numbers)

5k____78________85

6k____97________102

Very nice numbers. EC997 seem to run about 15% lower so you really do have a beast! Odd that the HP would go down near the upper RPM's with the LC's being lower...
