The ZX12 Made it into National Dragster
A Friend of mine gave me a call tonight and said my ZX12 and me made National Dragster !! I'm out of town and haven't seen the article yet. I was at the Division 2 bracket finals awhile back and it must be the coverage of that event. I actually did really well there...I made it to the semi's (last 3 bikes) One of my better finishes at a major event. Can't wait to see the article !! My buddy said there was a pretty good pic of the bike.
P.S. who's going to the Prostar finals ??? I'll be there. Roy

Way to go...I could have gone to the Div. 2 finals cause I came in 2nd. place in points at my track Gainseville Raceway with my zx12r...But I gave up my spot to let a pro dragike in my spot because he would have a better shot that me against all those delay box bikes...But look at how far you went without a box...Good job brother...

Oh No Paul, I have a delay box !!! My 12 is setup as a full probike -- Delay box, slider, slick, bars etc, etc....

I raced for Moroso. The other 2 bikes were Roy and Candy Hagadon's...... Roy was the Moroso track champ and the bike race of champions winner from earlier in the weekend. And I think Candy Might have been the Bradenton track champ ?? Both of them are real tough to beat. They flipped coins for the by run. I had to Run Roy and he treed me pretty good and he got me on a double breakout.... The only way I could have beat him would have been by giving him the line and getting on the brakes as he wasn't watching me at the stripe.....Would of, should of , could have !!! He was then beat by his wife in the finals. I was happy to get that far but it was a little bit of a bummer to get sooo close to the trip to California.

Dammit man....Oh well getum next year....I know Roy and Candy real well...I've seen them and raced with them for years...They ARE GOOD.....Yup you dun good...

I will be up at Gainesville for finals. Weather starting to dip down this week maybe some nice cool weather for the event.
