Well I am in good Shape! I also have "3" Heads. One was "Supposed" to be in OK COndition but you can see where the RIngs hit the combustion Chamber and it is all chewed up! I got a excellent shape head and my original that I need to see if cutting the seats for a perfect valve seal will raise the stem Height too much then take the head to Ladd Porting in Jessup Maryland and have them weld it up just a little.
Somewhere I saw where someone had made a Cheap Flow bench to test his work using an Air Compressor, Plastic plates and a Mercury Gauge. Maybe I will make one using Vacuum gauges. I do not know as much about the exhaust as the intake and more on 2 strokes where I used Ecco Bond with Cat 11 to fill the ports and reshape them then painted the ports with Hobby Super Epoxy paint then Baked in the Oven then sanded to get the desired results. Maybe I need to send you a piece of Clay or Cardboard

I would venture to say that if your exhaust port had more of an Oval shape to it (like the serpent bend on a Micron), you would minimize exhaust flow turbulence.
