Makes me wanna go out and buy a air shifter kit just so i can do some maintenance on the solenoid using your "manual".

Thanks. I was bored so I figued why not document it. Also thanks to Doug and Muzzys for excellent customer service! I guess I should put a link to the Muzzys website up next time I do maintenance on my webpage.

Cowboy,
Not yet. I left the airshifter off the bike this weekend and went to Friday night races and the Schnitz Racing Streetbike Shootout today (Sunday). Figured I would give foot-shifting another chance for a week or two.
I'm going to be re-installing the solenoid and regulator and everything from scratch next week along with the Schnitz racing N20 kit. I'll let you know if cleaning the solenoid did the trick or not.

Hopefully you aren't taking your motor apart as i am because it doesn't shift 1 too many times
