Will an 03 motor mount up in a 00 model frame. I noticed the motor mount is different in front?

The frt head mounts are totally different. You'll need a '00 head for your '03 engine.

I had planned on just drilling and tapping the 03 head. The casting is there just not tapped it appears?

If you drill and tap the head it will bolt right up.
