What's your height, weight and inseam Karl? I've got a couple extra sets of good leather gear and would be happy to loan you what you need to be safe and compliant if they fit.

Hell, I even have an Ectra Suit but you will need to be about 5'10 to 6' tall and between 210 (6 ft) or 250 & 5' 10" Shane wore them last at Maxton so they have been close to 190 and with me they were right at 200!

Entropy...
Let me know if you want me to bring an extra set of leathers/gloves/boots, etc.
Really no big deal, just need to know what size and to have it with me.

Freek, if yours don't pass for some reason (and you fit these), I'll have my extra set and Dahmurfs extra set with us.
Her main set's not real usable at this point(but we'll have them on hand to show how important they really are, even in a straight slide at less then 80mph).
I don't know how well kevlar reacts(other then to bullets that is), like to pavement as a buffer. But you can bet after her get-off I'll never have less then two layers of cow between my high spots and the ground if I'm racing(and her knee cups and spine protector is most definelty why she was able to walk directly after the crash).
I've got extra decent gear that will be there, so if someone's not comfortable with what they have... they are more then welcome to borrow our spares.

that's great, thx todd. i can say that kevlar (at least my particular suit) does pretty good at 50mph, taking cosmetically ugly but structurally minimal damage. but 50 and 80 mph are a world apart.

We should plan to do everything "EARLY" rather than "LATER"! It is starting to look like rain late in the day. I have looked at 3 stations and 1 show scattered rain, One shows late rain and one shows no rain. BUT all show rain on Saturday!
