At 215 nekkid, I did 9.13 @155 w/40 shot at 6in over. Stock 12R motor, Muzzy pipe. Did 9.00 with ~60shot. A buddy of mine did 8.85 on the same set-up at 175lbs. Body weight makes a pretty predictible difference. Results will vary with track-time, available traction, etc..

I can tell you that it takes a hell of alot more than that to run 8.50's at that weight...Im 225 on a good day in my bday suit. 8.40 at 170 and a big bore kit with some funny gas to boot. But then again i cant ride, so who knows....Chris

I weigh 150 and my best pass on my 2000 12R was 9.28 @ 146. Very simular set up to the 2005 that started this thread with the acception of the 40 shot. ( I have NO SPRAY ) My motor is bone stock.

I would have been impressed with your pass but ignorance deserves no praise. Who makes that kind of pass in "street clothes"? That's just plain irresponsible and foolish.

OK Rickey.....listen closely....I was just giving my weight in street clothes because I don't know what I weigh suited up. If you would have looked at my picture you would have seen that I do ride responsibly and I am far from being foolish.
