SHOOTOUT BIKE RULES

Does anyone know the Prostar rules for min. ground clearance and min. fork travel. Is tieing the front end legal?

ground clearance and fork travel are 2"...straps are illegal...

I believe that the fork travel is only 1" min. but I know the others are correct, but I could be wrong on the fork thing but I think it is 1" min.

Thanks guys,I thought it was 2" and 2" but by looking at some of the shootout bikes it appears their fork travel is less.
