Does anyone know the type of PC3 cable that comes with the power commander is. as far as if both ends were male and how many prongs. i seemed to have lost mine. Thanks

9 pin Serial Port Cable. I think it is Male at both ends. If you look at your Unit you can count the Pins

Yeah I know the PC3 itself is a 9 pin serial, but the only serial post on the back of my laptop is a 15 pin....now what do I do? Do they make a 9/15 serial and male at both ends

heh..the 15pin port on the back of your laptop is a monitor out...not a serial connection.
Could try to find a usb > serial adapter...but i dont know if itll work with the pc3 or not.

It will work on a PCIIIr, that is what I use from my toshiba to the bike. Bought it at wally world for like 24 bucks. You just have to run the progam disk that comes with it...........
