So is it the o-ring on the cam sensor, becuse I just noticed that mine was leaking too and I ordered the new rubber valve gasket and the told me to put some suzuki-bond around it and it would never leak again. The question is, do I need the cam sensor o-ring too??? Thanks

many of us have tried to seal the valve cover using various sealants...new gaskets....more torque on the bolts....still leaks.

Chances are you need the oring.

Cam Sensor O-ring # 92055-1639...
It's on the "Ignition System" page...

The valve cover gaskets usually start leaking (seeping) after about 2-years from what I have seen...
Other seals/O-rings can/do start leaking after about 2-3 years also...
I have seen some ZX10s start leaking after about 2 years also
