Solenoid wiring?

Where is the best place to draw power from for a nitrous solenoid? It will be run through a relay, but I just want to know where you guys are getting the power from.
Thanks

I would go directly to the battery....run an inline fuse approx 6" (20A I think) from the battery so that the circuit has protection and run 12 or 14 ga wire minimum. I tried to use the PC3 power to run just my Schnitz window switch and progressive controller and it ended up scrambling the pc3's programming. Solenoids draw a fair bit of power and are quite "Dirty" as they come on.....
