clutch lever activated rpm limiter
Just wondering if any1 knows of a device that will let you stay at a given rpm (say 5000 rpm) when clutch is pulled in on my zx12? And can you change rpm with chips? It seems pretty hard 2 stay at a given rpm at the dragstrip 2 leave consistantly. I wanna pin the throttle with clutch in < then when you leave the line it revs on up? Any advice will help , please describe device and part no. would help alot. thanks rick

Yes it is called a 2 step... NLR used to make one. I am not sure if anyone else makes one for the 12 right now...

He would need the complete MSD Ign. to go with that Module...
NO-ONE that I know of makes a 2-step that will work with the "stock ignition" (ECM)...
Sure wish someone did...
NLR used to have one but discontinued it....I don't know why
I'm going to call Seb and ask why...

I've used a Dyna DRL400 on my wheelie bar turbo bike....think it would help on my 60" street turbo? On the bar bike it was easy but I can see BIG wheelies leaving the line on full throttle on the street bike.....
