Nice. I really hate that host...my friends were on the first episode and you can see them laughing at the guy a couple of times.

No they drove out from Chicago. I don't know what they thought about the track other than them freezing their asses off...when they came back all they were talking about was how stupid the host and rules were, and how it's fake and nobody actually lost their car.

The flag guy SUCKS!!! How did he get do a show like that?!?! He really is not in touch with drag racing. Why the HECK would anyone think that "flagging" a race is better than the tree?!?!?! URRRRRR.........and then loose your ride..........URRRRR

Mike did leave early...He gave it the throttle and started to let clutch go then the arms came down...Thats why Mike agrees to the do-over!!!

Just watched it.
It basically sucked ! the dude makes up and changes rules as he goes. he said when I start to move you go, Mike moved when he moved, it was a perfect light errrrr I mean flag.
He said if you red light you lose, well did he redlight or not. Guess not ,they did a re-do.
Jason didnt nod either and he flaggeds them go, but got a loss, errrr I think, it was so confusing I didnt know who won or lost.
Pinks stinks !
Doesnt matter the dude is gonna get smashed by a car, he stands way out there sometimes, flagging cars on handi-caps, I bet he gets nailed by a car sometime soon.

Red light for sure.
A little background about the host...he doesn't dragrace or know anything about cars or bikes, he has even said so. On one of the episodes he even said "ok, heat up your wheels." WTF? He's also the producer and creator of the show, so don't expect him to be gone anytime soon.

Mike was the faster guy it seemed, outcome would proly had been the same with clean starts by both... Mike left early, and that first race should have been a do over!!

Mike and Jason have VERY EQUAL bikes, so in any race at anytime it is ALWAYS a rider race. I watch the same tapes as everyone else, and you can clearly see the guys shoulders moving first before Mike makes any movement.
BUT,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,that is why you use a pro-tree to avoid any opinions!!! Besides, Jason is Crotch's boy....haha

if anyone TIVO'd the show, you can see the rear of Mike's bike squat down before it moves forward, and I believe, before Christianson's hands came down or body moved.
Either way, Mike was indeed riding better that day.

I will post the complete show on my website in .mpeg and .wmv format this weekend. Yes Mike, I will post your video too. I finally brought my multimedia PC home from the office. I had it there because we play Call of Duty 2 after hours sometimes.
Anyway, I'll share the link once it's posted.
Mikey left dead even on the drop, I watched it in "Slowe" motion  but as you know, there's no possible way to do that on the flag without anticipating the drop. Was it legal? That's shit that needs to be ironed out in advance next time. Personally I say it's legal. That is the equivilent to a perfect reaction time. In any case, they actually raced like 7 times, and Jason lost all but one.

actually...if you recall from the seminar...an actual "perfect reaction" would indeed be a redlight.
the lights have that built in .5 second delay remember.... .2 seconds for your eye to see and your wrist to react...and .3 seconds for the bike to move.
if the bike moved at the exact same time the light turned green...or his hand dropped....you were anticipating...not reacting.
