Fuck dude some people can't get their shoes on the right feet and they'll try and install a turbo kit. The world is full of stupid people that shouldn't breed. But they always do

How do you figure another 3 to 5 grand in the motor?
The kit includes pistons, valves, and valve springs. I can see maybe upgrading the rods(although Rob says the stockers held up fine). I don't see 3 to 5 grand. Just thinking out loud...

Osti........What kit are you thinking about? Because none of the ones listed here have that stuff. True Rob stated a few weeks back that they did in fact come with that shiy , BUT he retracted that statement. So by the time all those things are figured in 3 to 5 Gs easy

I was under the impression that the race kit came with that stuff. Maybe not. I didn't check into that much since I don't own a 10. You are right if it doesn't come with that stuff the cost could add up very fast. If you are thinking about buying one of the turbo kits it might be worth a phone call to find out for sure.

I have a Trac arm on my 12. I'm very happy with the fit and finish. They also claim to be one of the lightest if not the lightest arm on the market. I know you are trying to save weight on your bike. Just another option.
Side note...I did take me about 6 weks to get it. Just in case you are pressed for time.

If it's too hard, I can find other contact info for Spondon. But I've have been interested to see the pics for sure, to have an idea what they might do for me if I have to go that route, as a Spondon arm for another (non-12) bike could be totally unlike what they'd do for the 12, whereas one for the 12, I'd know I could get that, or get something like that but just shorter, or whatever. So that would help.
As of Dec 26, it will be SEVEN MONTHS on the JMC order.
