ZX-14 "velocity ported"?
Not an ideal pic to see, but looks like the ZX-14 may be "velocity ported" compared to the ZX-12R -- I can't link to the pic directly but it's on this page:

Throtle bodies are 2mm smaller than the twelve =44mm.
