Finally picked up my 1290 from Lee
I picked up my Silver 2001 1290 from Lee's Performance yesterday.
1290cc, Lee's headwork, stock cams with adj. sprockets, nitrous pistons, stock clutch with billet basket and heavy springs.
Naturally aspirated it made 193 rwhp, even on C-16 fuel.
On a simple two-nozzle dry kit it made 290 rwhp.
It's wired up with the new Schnitz TPS/RPM Window Switch and DSC-101 2-dial progressive box. We didn't bother running it with MR9, but I'm sure it would touch 200rwhp NA. I have three maps, one NA, one 250rwhp nitrous jetting and of course the 290 rwhp setting.
I guess 290rwhp isn't bad for a simple 1290 on a dry kit.

Rick, with this silver bike it will just be a Friday-night fun bike. May make a couple fun passes at Maxton and ride it to work occassionally. It's set at 62" with modified pan and 2# bottle in front of the rear tire on a Coby Adams swingarm. Eventually I may throw a sidewinder on it and make it strip-only, but for now it's my only running bike.
TB, I still have the green bike, it's at Lee's right now and should be done in a couple weeks with 1361cc and nitrous, the green bike should tip the rwhp scales at 210/310 if all goes well. It will be stock wheelbase and otherwise appear "stock" from external appearance. I will use the green bike as my primary streetbike.

P1122- Hindle exhaust. I haven't checked the spec on the cams, Lee's built it. CR is high, but I can't recall. I had to swap batteries 'cause she no likely stock battery for starting.
Dean- Gonna try! New baby = have to wait and see how it goes (on everything)!
