EFIR question

I just got my EFIR installed today, and I am wondering if I should be matching the timing retard rate to the time to 100% nitrous on the progressive controller, or if there is some other logic......

any help is appreciated...

Doesn't matter. The box pulls 1.5 degrees just be connected to the bike, remember that when you program it.

yeah I did see that statement...but they worded it as "removing 1.5 degrees at 10,000 rpm". I have assumed that this meant that it was a "ramp" effect, where it eventually got to 1.5 degrees. Either way....I have a pc3r so I can tune accordingly.

So.....if I'm reading you correctly....the time to full retard (dip switches 5-8) is not an appreciable factor ? I had thought that if I had my progressive box set at 2.5 seconds (as an example) to 100% pulse width on the solenoids, that it would be wise to try to match that rate in the EFIR. If this is not neccesary to do, this will be a good thing....as it's one less thing to have to monkey with...
