Karl I try to make them all the same but the local drug dealer is in jail and I have no access to a triple beam.
I would buy one but with the amount of cops that come in the shop I would be scared they would think I am doing something I am not

I was thinking of using my postal scale I use for weighing the nitrous bottles.Fifty lb. limit but it also measures in grams.

My pistons and rods are balanced to within a half gram of each other. I use a digital postal scale - accurrate to a tenth of a gram.
Hey Johnny: what rod clearance do you set on ZXs?

MY TripleBeam is used for engine parts only...
Seriously...
John's ZX1260...Pistons, Rings, Pins, Clips, Carrillos all together are @ 2-tenths of a gram heaviest to lightest
Karl...check the wrist pins by themselves, I have seen a big difference in weight sometimes...
You can match a heavier pin with a lighter piston sometimes to get them closer before grinding on the pistons
