Cleaning dragtire junk off the rear

Have considerable (hard to get off tire junk) from spinning my mickey thompson shoot out tire (during burn out ect.....)

Any known dissolving /cleaning product or method I can use to get stuff off with?

I used some denatured alcohol (just happened to have some lying around). I'd think anything of that nature would work. Paint Thinner, alcohol, acetone. If it's on the paint, I wouldn't let any kinda solvent sit on there for very long.
