I've heard it all now...TL 1000R goes 185 in the 1/4 mile

Read this from another board.
TL 1000R goes 185 in a quarter and 200 on top end with a 20hp shot of NOS. Time to sell our Busa and ZX12 for a TL 1000R. Didn't know they were that FAST! WoW!!!!!!:P

185 in the quarter? on a TL 1000? seems fishy to me. Is he already moving when he trips the starting beams???

I had a 2001 TL1000R. Heavy, slow and not very nimble. I call BS.

There are TLs running faster than that - in Prostock. With 1500cc, 2-valve aircooled inline 4 motors :P
