Excellent idea Bergie for the June 11-12 or July 9-10 MiRock weekend!!!
Either weekend is good for me...Thursday and or Friday is not a problem!!!...I'll put the order in now for no rain either week of the races!!!

nothing is "cast in stone" / "chipped in concrete" (mixing metaphors here), but it seems folks are leaning pretty strongly towards MIR. Isn't MIR closer to you than Memphis???
when will you find out what yr local schedule is???

Cool ! I'll be watching for dates. And yes, I'll bring my gear. Hell it will be well over a year by then since the last time I was even on tha track. I'll probably give you guys somthing funny to laugh at.

I talked to Jason Miller today!!!
Here is the cost... 2 lanes with 20 bikes would be $2000!!!...Catering add $10.00 per person!!!...If we go over 20 bikes then its $100.00 per bike plus $10.00 for catering!!!
Everyone dont think that Im taking charge here, just trying to help out this plan!!!...Out of all the tracks I have been to MIR / Jason Miller is the most Hospitable giving us more than our moneys worth!!!
Jason is setting up his Seminar dates for 2005, so we need to set up a date...
I know that this will be a fun and memorable time!!!...See you all soon!!!

my vote is to see if we can lock down:
thurs 9 jun: bikeland group hug and smackdown
fri 10 jun: jason miller class?????
sat/sun 11/12 jun: MIR races
I know that plenty o' folks have a hard time commiting so far in advance, but my vote is to DO IT!!!
What say all ya'll????

I'll talk to Kevin (kcadby) tomorrow and see if I can get him to bring his turbo ZRX too. We will be making some tuning and baseline pulls on my ZRX - cuz I have a new T04B compressor coming

you are right on the money on this (as usual), and we seem to have very good consensus on MIR, 1 day (Fri, Jun 10), combining racing with Jason Miller clinic.
We need to decide:
1. who will contact Jason Miller (CR?? Bergie??, other??)?
2. who will collect money?
I volunteer to collect the cash unless Angie (she keeps saying she's Admin Support but I don't see no coffee???  ) or some other person wants to do it.
After solving the 2 items above, I will start another thread with list of confirmed (i.e. paid) participants. Consensus says that partici pation will be limited to 1st 20 bikeland members who plunk down the cash.
