Dry sump?
I'm told all the Muzzy bikes are converted to dry sump. Is this true? If so is there a problem with the oil pickup or is it done to lower the engine more? BigCC in the UK are making a billet sump with a swinging pickup and we have changed our shells once because they looked a bit scuffed up.

I think they do it for both reasons, to get low and to guarantee oil during hard acceleration. There's no real drawback.

This is a cheaper alternative. There is a turbo 12 in the UK using this (or something very similar).

Before Muzzy developed the dry sump kit, they recommended this to owners.
