1270 and a good shot of NOS ?

Thinking of mabey the 1270 with a big shot of Nos. What mods do i need to do to the head and stuff to ensure the motor can handle a big shot of Nos. By a big shot I mean 50, or bigger. I've heard the 1270 can go high 5's on motor, but with what else done to the motor ? Head work, cams, a lock up ? I weigh about 175, and can 60ft around 1.50-1.53.
Does anyone run a wet system on a zx12 ? Details about this also if you have any. I need tha knowlage !

kit type,
jetting,
fuel type and pressure,
timing ,

With good 60's in the .40's or 50 I would think 8.70's or better. Yes?? No???

1 bad 12 -- if you can 60' (consistently and low #"s) you could go high 5.80's all night with a 60 shot on a ZX12R...

1270 with a 40hp dry shot will net a 5.8 for me.

Make sure that you put heavy duty valve springs in that head if your shooting any more than 50 hp.
