VIDEO ZX10 goes 9.3's stock engine/wheelbase
I took this video on Friday at MIR during a private test 'n tune session. The rider is factory Kawasaki rider Norman Jackson of K&N Motorsports on his '04 ZX-10R. Norman ran consistant 9.3s @ 150+ during 90 degree heat at MIR on 5-14-04.
The ZX10R is 100% stock engine, stock wheelbase, only mods are lowered/strapped, geared (-2 front, stock rear), PC3R and Akrapovic pipe. Bike makes 164rwhp on a DJ250 using Ultimate4 fuel.
Here is a link to the video. Enjoy.

I figured it was worth sharing for two reasons, to prove the 10R is faster and quicker than the 12R in standard trim and shorter wheelbase, and to share with those interested in learning how professionals launch short wheelbase bikes! This is how it should be done!!

That guy is a hell of a rider.Great videos! I rode barts ZX-10 this past week. I liked it a lot, although I felt like a rhino trying to fuck a rat when I was riding it!

I didn't realize that the MR-9 fuel would cause a .5 point leaner condition......
