I would say that you are being affected
1)your pipe.... Muzzy exit diameter is less than other pipes.
2) It would have been good to port the head EX to the size of the exhaust gasket.
3)I am assuming you have stock cams. 105/105 is simply a safe number. You will/have probably notice little change from 104/102.
4)LISTEN to ENTROPY!!!
5)I would not advance the timing.
6)You will need 24V to start when hot.
7)I believe your fuel choices hurt your readings. This combo will run on pump gas ALL DAY!!!! No detonation issues(see #5)
8)SBS class will need some crank too. Go as big as you can.
9)NOS and/or a Dyno will KILL your motor very quick. Test at the track!!!
10)Install a brainbox with ablility to record your A/F ratio. Tune at the track.

Today was a good day...We made a little over 300 on the juice. I guess I wont worry about the motor hp readings anymore

PS: i'm sure you are being EXTRA careful with ign timing, AF, type of fuel, valve clearance, etc, etc. I have enough "garage jewelry" for both of us.

Trust me I have my share too, most of it all came within the first week of the bike running with this new combo. hahaha I learned alot though.
