Even a wet kit like I use and all of the support pieces (Several Large tanks and other things, about $2,000. Bergie has a friend that had a 1270 kit Muzzy pipe and no filters and just made a little over 180 HP 2 less than me with no 1270 KIT!

Jungle Joe, it is race only advisory because of the way it is machined. It is not machined to flow the coolant like a stock block. It could be, but that was be a "little" more product preparation. So consequently, the motor doesn't really behave when doing alot of idling, shutting off and starting.
Secondly, it doesn't sound like you are ready for 200hp bike. Be smart and enjoy your bike, and don't kill yourself.
Thirdly, busa's will ALWAYS ALWAYS be bigger and make more HP than you so just relax. Kaw didn't design our bike to compete on all motor with the zuks!!! I go to the grudge races and there is nothing an all motor Kawasaki can do with the all motor suzuki bikes that Shine or Johnny ride!!!

You need to come to our neck of the woods. I have never had a problem with a busa. Is peoples weight an issue here?
BTW this was when I was stock motored.

Supra, I agree with you especially if we are talking about 3-4 years ago. When was the last stroked busa you raced? U are stroked I see so I know you are up to maybe 1436cc tops.........Well just a piston kit alone gives them up to 1464cc......add a 5mm or more stroke and you do the math. The busa head is not that bad so add some head work and you have a low 8 bike before a slider. I wish it was still the good ole days!!! What we need is a 3 dimensional inch in our motor and we could machine ours more too. Oh well!!! Kaw is not in the game of all motor drag racing....They are into turbo drag racing. Let's see if the 10r has enough engine room to build it properly????

i am 100% with ra12r
Last Sun nite, my all motor 1427 got SMOKED by a seriously built all motor Busa (1570+/-), and that was with me turning an 8.875...
Shit, I didn't care, I got my 1st 8.8! woo-HOO!!!
Yep, i love my 12, but like they say: "there's no substitute for cubic inches..."
However, put me against a 1430 Busa, we got a race!
