Torque

Well I went and seen the movie Torque last night.. Well it has one scene of dragracing and that's only the start of the race. It's not a bad movie but it's a X-Box movie. There are stunts and sences that you know can't happen. If you want to go save some money, go to the matinee.

When is someone going to make a real biker movie?? We want real street guys and real drag racing and road racing. I don't know what hollywood was thinking when they made Biker Boyz and Torque. But they need to go down to there local dragstrip and biker hang out and see what we really do, say and most of all how we really ride.

I hear ya Joe...But Hollywood wants to cater to everyone!!!...They already know they will get us bikers to see the movie no matter how corney and unrealistic it may be!!!

I will say that they need to show real DragRacing with ETs, RoadRacing with track times, and the StreetBike StuntFests!!!...Showing how responsible we really are!!!

That movie should have been a cartoon, it's about as realistic as one.

u know that's sad when someone actually manages to make a bike movie worse than biker boyz. i'm not surprised tho. i mean, they name the movie Torque! since when do we care much about torque?!? maybe if the movie was about a gang of truckers, or big 4wd offroad trucks with super-swampers. but bikes? i guess "horsepower" just didnt sound cool enough as a title what a crock o shit.

I have not seen this movie, but I did see Biker Bozs. Personally, I think the bike scenes on Mission Impossible were better! I even noticed that they changed tires for the dirt! The worse Bike Scene was James Bond on his Dirt bike "As someone said" with a fairing. I think one of the reasons I liked Chips was they really rode the bikes!

For the Best scenes in a movie, I like the Dirty Harry (Clint Eastwood) movies because he likes and rides his Triumphs and usually has Don Stroud who also can really ride!

Come on guys, It's a movie not a documentary.
If you want to see how guy really act at the track,
GO TO THE TRACK. If you want entertainment
go to the movies. The movie was BS just like WWF
and Street racing.
Who usually wins a street race the fastest bike or the best cheater?

Well I'm glad to see that I wasn't the only one to waste $7.00 on the movie. But you guys were right they did make a movie about bikes and that's a good thing. I would like it to be just a little bit more real. And another thing racing won't start for another 11 weeks, so if I can't ride at least I can watch bikes on the big screen.

I just saw it. I think it is better than Biker Boyz. The very ending is the only really bogus/fake scenes! It was a lot better than I thought it was going to be! At least it was a biker movie! Just as true to life as 'the fast & furious'. Something to watch during the winter!
