Goin' in tomorrow to get a new ACL. Life as I know it it going to change drastically for a while. The surgery I can handle.......It's all the down time I'm not looking forward to.  Oh well, soon I shall be back in the dirt 
Speaking of dirt, if anything should go wrong, REMEMBER......

hey, good luck dino. hope it goes well and u'r boundin around by Wed. i know in ski country ACL surgery is super common (due to injury of course), so i dont think u got much to worry about.

been there done that. good luck and make sure they wright "NO" on the knee your not having surgery on... it should be cool.
and just think your going to have some really cool scars. Chicks dig em man!

oi. I had that ACL replacement about 2-3 years ago.
it totally sucked. you will be in certain pain afterwards. movement around the house will be futile for a day or 3.
Sleeping was a bit of a pain in the ass too.
Make sure you get some good, good drugs man! Percoset! (I think the Darvacet was weaker)

Best advice I can give is to follow your doctor's orders; you'll heal faster and better that way. Make sure you ask your Doc ?'s like what kind of grades he got on ACL surgery, or (Even though you never touched one) will I be able to play a trumpet after the surgery?  Best wishes for a speedy and full recovery.
