Ahhhh the Desert Eagle. Such a beautiful and powerful weapon. Very good choice my friend. That will be the first handgun that i buy. But i liked the Titanium Gold with the finger grips and the blued parts. Very expensive, but well worth it in my mind.

You guys should try the H&K Tactical. I find it smoother and more accurate than the Eagle... although there is NO DOUBT that the .50 cal eagle is an AWESOME piece. You are gonna have MUCH FUN Silver .

Jester,
I've seen the ti gold in person and I didn't think it looked bad, there's definitely not a lot of people out there with them, the price was what turned me off more than anything and I'll eventually be getting the rubber Hogue grips you're referring to.

Death,
I checked out some H&K's for carry conceal but I've been swayed a little more to the Para Ord or the Kimbers, haven't made my mind up yet

Nice, I want one for sure!! but like Harry said you have to have big hands for it to feel real comfortable. my hands are not that big and it just did not feel like I had a real good grip.

Personally,I'm not a fan of large caliber guns. Can't beat the stopping power, but awfully expensive to practice with. How much per round?

I thought the same thing about the cost of shooting the DE(a little over $1/shot) but I said fuck it, if I get sick of it I'll sell it, I can't wait to squeeze a few off that baby

why do u need that the need for speed is greater then the thrill of any hand gun u could ever fire, just go out and put the trigger on any zx12 any it will give u a rush like u will never get any other way
i ride here in germany at speeds of 280k(185mph ) and alway looking at going 200mph(300kph) soon!just go flat out u will like what you find or you will never ride again!

We are not allowed to have Hand Guns in the Murder Capitol! But you can have a "Long" Gun provided you had it before a certain time period! So my crime stopper is a Mossberg 500 with the short 16 inch barrel with the cooling rail, long magazine (7 shot) with the fold down shoulder stock and the 6 shell clip on top!

I hung it out of the window one day when Peggy was driving the wrong way down a one way street chashing after to thugglums that were chashing after Randall on his Tomas Moped trying to take it away from him at the Time of the Million Man March (Read no police on the residential streets) As Peggy says, we really did see a young man turn white before our very own eyes! Before I said anything, he said "Sir, I did not have anything to do with trying to take away your son's Moped sir"!

Who says the Young people in the Ghetto are not fast learners!

I forgot to add that with it loaded (00 Magnum), it really hurts me to shoot it for very long without the shoulder stock down! I have swollen my hands several New Years and July 4th!

tccycles,
I had an '01 ZX12 but sold it, there's nothing you can tell me about speed that I don't know (unless you own a fighter jet).

Vincent,
I was looking at a pistol grip Mossberg 500 the other day for the home. I'm a fan of it, very reasonably priced too.

When you watch an Arnold Swartzenagger (Now ever you spell it) He starts out with Machine guns, Gernade launcher, and for his last gun, then he comes out with the Shot Gun! That sound of Shack a Shack when you load a shell into the chamber is a sound known by even people that have never heard it before!

Aaah the shotgun - AKA "The crowd pleaser" . Yep, nothing beats it for close in urban stopping power!! cool thing about shotguns is that you can get REALLY good ones for not too much cash. I think my H&K tactical was about a grand, my .50 Eagle was $1300, my Remington M700 .308 PSX was $1800 and my M82a1 was about 8 grand... now... my nice little 'ol Remington 11-87 12 guage was only about 700 bucks... and BOY how she can cut things down at close range - just don't try to do damage out past 100 yards . BTW - get a semi-auto not a pump. Pump sounds cool, but the semi is SO much better all around.

BTW - Im a pretty large guy (6'2" 215 lbs) but I don't think I could use the DE for a "Carry" piece . no WAY I could conceil that bad boy. Get an H&K P2000 for carry - niiiice piece AND ambidex!!

DP, have you heard the expression Sh-t for Brains? The heal is, you catch someone bent over my bike, I shove this up his rear and go Shak Shak He then sh-ts and if I pull the trigger, all of the do do moves up and all of the brains move out! The sound of a Pump stopps the need to actually use it! Plus, my first shot is bird shot! if they keep coming, then there will be two of them coming because that 00 will cut them in two!!

I'd love to shoot that M82A1!!! those rock, I don't think I could justify 7k to the wife though, I had to deal on the DE as it was compromises...There's NO way I'll be carrying the DE, I'll get something else for that. I just bought it for fun. Big bores equal big fun, in the motorcycle world and the firearm world. God forbid it should happen but I ever had to shoot anyone the DE wouldn't be my first choice since the hp's are going in one side and out the other, vest on or not....

THAT is funny Vincent - remind me not to sneak around your pad ! If a bad guy is still advancing after seeing/hearing the shotgun AND after catching a load of bird shot, they are either nuts or hopped up on drugs - keep blasting till they are ribbons!

The M82A1 , thats the army's sniper rifle isn't it...or is it the Marine Corps? I can't remember, but that sounds so familiar. I remember what it is, its the one that the snipers get to use, sometimes, during Sniper Training.

Here is the M82A1 - yep it is used by the army/marines for light vehicle sniping . It is also a civilian sold weapon. REALLY cool - just hard to find places to shoot it. I'm prolly getting rid of her soon .

As Zturb0 would have said, "Zackly whut I plam to du"!

My thought is, if someone breaks into my house and gets the drop on me, I can live with the results. But If I hear someone breaking in and dial 911 and get the Busy signals and then get put on Hold and they get in and do what ever to my wife, I would never be able to live with myself! WIth this, I will at least be here to deal with any problems that may ensue! The only bad thing is, the gun will tear up my house and all of the work I am going to have to do to replace the walls and remove all of the Blood stains!
